No. You keep your existing number. We set up simple call forwarding so when you can't answer (or choose not to), calls divert to the AI. Your customers call the same number they always have.
Your calls keep getting answered — we'd never let a customer hear a busy signal. Overage calls are billed at $2.50 per call on Solo Tradie and $1.50 per call on Growing Team. Trade Business plans are unlimited.
Yes. The AI gathers job details from the caller — what they need done, their address, any photos they can text through — and generates a professional quote based on your pricing. You can review and approve quotes before they're sent, or let the AI send them automatically for standard jobs.
Yes. On the Growing Team plan and above, we integrate directly with ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus, simPRO, and AroFlo. Jobs booked by the AI appear in your existing job management software automatically.
The AI triages calls by urgency. For genuine emergencies (burst pipes, power outages, gas leaks), it sends you an immediate text and can even call you directly. For non-urgent enquiries, it takes a detailed message and books a callback for the next business day.
Most won't. The AI uses natural, conversational Australian English and understands trade-specific terminology. We've had tradies tell us their customers compliment them on their "new receptionist." It sounds professional, friendly, and knows your business inside out.
